CSP's Accounting & Finance practice has partnered with a well-established subscription services company that is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role will report into the Senior Director of Financial Reporting, and will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statement supporting workpapers
• Interact and communicate with stakeholders to obtain support for required disclosures
• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements related to financial reporting.
• Prepare and review all quarterly, annual, and periodic SEC filings in Workiva, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other forms, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP standards
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and complete financial statements, footnotes, and related disclosures in accordance with SEC requirements
• Prepare quarterly fluctuation analysis
• Enhance processes and ensure internal controls are performed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Program preferred
• 3+ years progressive responsibility in accounting and financial reporting
• 3+ years experience working for a Big 4 company preferred
• Experience auditing and/or working for publicly traded entities
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Strong GL accounting skills
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, US GAAP, SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting
