This position involves two key functions with first as the Centering Program Coordinator, working in a multidisciplinary environment with clinical and administrative staff to coordinate obstetric and pediatric requirements for a group-based model of care. This individual provides administrative support to the various center practices and serves as a liaison between the health center and the Healthcare Institute of the hospital as needed. As the TAP (The Access Partnership) Navigator, this individual is responsible or processing applications for TAP approval. This person services as a liaison between BMS and JHH TAP case managers.

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Requirements

Education:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.AA degree in office management, business, or related field, preferred.3 or more years of relevant work experience necessary to gain knowledge of office and administrative procedures.Experience in healthcare environment strongly preferred.Bi-lingual (Spanish) required. Must pass BMS assessment.

Experience:Three years prior experience as an administrative assistant.Have excellent organization/data tracking skills.

Reporting Relationship:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Receives direct supervision from the Health Center Administrator.
