Job Description

MileOne Autogroup is now hiring an Assistant Controller for our internal corporate team.

The Assistant Controller will assist the CFO/Controller in accurately reporting the Company's financial position and results of operations.

Qualifications:

* 3 - 5 years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance, pulic accounting preferred

* Advanced in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)

* Experience with Qlik, Quickbooks, Caseware, Sage, LeaseQuery

* Automotive Industry experience is a plus

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Attention to detail

Essential Duties:

* Mapping general ledger accounts to accounting/enterprise software

* Prepare audit and tax workpapers

* Maintain fixed assets in fixed asset software

* Maintain leases in lease software

* Prepare balance sheet audits
