For-profit hospital system with multiple campuses looking to bring on a CFO!

MUST HAVE recent for-profit hospital experience as a CFO. 30% bonus incentive!

• Provide strategic financial leadership and direction to all financial departments.
• Administer general accounting, patient business services, financial, and statistical reporting.
• Develop and manage long and short-range operational and capital budgets, financial performance, identify trends and potential business opportunities, and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders in the development of hospital operational plans and objectives.
• Drive financial strategies to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and improve financial performance.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements, and third-party payer cost reports.

Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance, and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Master's Degree REQUIRED.

3+ years experience working at the CFO level in an acute-care hospital.

Leadership experience in an investor-owned healthcare organization preferred.
