THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE BUT HAS TO BE WORKED IN CALIFORNIA WITH A CALIFORNIA BAR AND CALIFORNIA FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE ONLY, THIS IS A MUST HAVE.

Responsibilities:

• Draft Family Law Pleadings, RFOs, Motions.
• Handle Discovery.
• Communicate with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
• Make in person court appearances on routine matters.
• Help Trial Attorney with Trial Preparation.

Qualifications :

• 2-3+ years of family law experience.
• Must have an active State Bar license with no prior history of discipline
• Must be familiar with California Family Code.
• Must be familiar with processes and procedures governing family law cases.
• Must be proficient in drafting RFOs, Judgement Packets, making court appearances.
• Must be able to argue RFOs and handle Evidentiary Hearings.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
