Job description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Network L2/L3 skills in Routing, Switching, Wireless LAN, SolarWinds,
Clear understanding and troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN/ Data center Network infrastructure.
Experience in working with different vendors like Cisco, Arista TAC / RMA process.
Incident, Change, problem request and service request Management.
Good at Technical documentation, Information Security Awareness, Availability, and flexibility as needed, Collaboration, Teamwork, Quick learner.

Experience Required:
Hands on experience in network technologies like routing, switching, LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN. Administration of Cisco router, Cisco and Arista switch, Access point, Wireless LAN Controller, SolarWinds.
Experience in OSPF, EIGRP and BGP routing protocols; QOS, TCP/IP, VLSM and ACLs.
Excellent skills having experience managing large and complex enterprise network.
Clear understanding of IOS, CATOS, NXOS, EOS.
Experience in a large, complex network environment in managing MPLS, IPSec VPN and other WAN technology using Cisco ASR and ISR routers.
Experience in a large, complex network environment using Cisco Nexus (7000, 93000, 55xx and 2xxx) and Cisco 65xx, 45xx, 3xxx,29XX, Cisco IE-4010-4S24P series switches.
Experience in Cisco 8500 series, 5500 series Wireless Lan Controller.
Experience in configuring VPC, port-channel, HSRP, STP, VLAN,
Experience in high severity incident handling and escalate to correct time if required.
Good to have experience in FortiGate and Cisco Firepower Firewall
Good to have experience Cisco Client SNAC
Good to have experience in F5 BIG IP LTM
Good to have ITIL, CCNA or CCNP certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide Network Operations support in EST hours 8 AM to 5 PM during weekdays. After office hours and weekend rotational on-call support.
Follow Incident, change, problem request and service request management process with 100 % compliance to agreed standards, Meet Client SLAs.
Responsive to all the communication. With our services give good experience to our client and achieve 100 % customer satisfaction.
Learn new technologies as needed and start supporting them.
Provide technical support and analysis, operation, administration, and troubleshooting activities- Adhere and advocate change management policies, incident management and trouble response scenarios.
Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities of others within the work group, team, or department- Prepare technical documentation including procedures, manuals, reports and standards.
Exhibit, problem solving, troubleshooting, resolution, communication, and customer service skills.
pply patches or Code Upgrade as per Customer recommendation.
Configure, manage, and operate the Network Environment and the Network Services incorporating redundancy as per the guidance provided by Customer Network Design & Architecture team.
ssist, in accordance with SLA, in resolving Incidents and completing Tasks associated with Network equipment and Network Services software by coordinating with Field Operation team for on-premises break/fix support as necessary.
Follows policies, practices, procedures, standards, and company rules relative to assignments; complies with regulations and procedures required by external agencies.
nalyze network performance, troubleshoot when necessary, and provide resolutions to technical problems.
Review and evaluate the impact of the Network Services, particularly Changes in the Network Environment, on the other IT Functions and other Customer IT Environment Providers.
Generic Managerial Skills Must be able to clearly interact with customers, understand the customer's requirements and be able to present solutions to customers. Interact with team lead and other team members to improve support quality.

Education:
Good to have graduation and network certification like CCNA/CCNP"
