With sustainability at the forefront of everything we do, our tools and our people have changed the world for the better.The RoleAtlas Copco is looking for a Site Manager to spearhead the service operations at our on-site repair center, ensuring the attainment of our strategic objectives with our customer, Volvo. As a working manager, you will communicate across all levels of our and our customer's organization and coordinate all tool-related activities onsite.Some additional responsibilities include:Prepare KPI reports, such as capacity planning, on-time delivery, turn-around-time, quality, and labor costs, and present reports to leadership and the customerMaintain quality control proceduresUnderstand and execute obligations of the service contract with the customerCoordinate scheduled PM and Calibration activities, while maintaining 100% accuracyMaintain 100% on customer audits with no minor or major findingsIdentify and implement cost savings activitiesInspect cleanliness of Atlas Copco areas and ensure safety standards are metYou will report daily to our customer's, Volvo, Hagerstown, MD manufacturing facility, but will require up to 5% travel nationally for training purposes.What we expect of youMinimum 2 years of supervisory experienceAt least 5 years of experience in a production environment, working with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling or data collection systemsExperience managing necessary repair equipment for production toolingExperience managing accurate inventory levelsExperience with cost savings projects, preferredExperience resolving tooling, production, and personnel issuesHave a practical leadership style and desire for continuous learning conceptsIn Return, We Offer You:Ample opportunities for professional developmentOutstanding company benefits
