We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. The EHS Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:
$70,000 - $90,000 a year

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Provide leadership and guidance to site EHS coordinators and other staff to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to implement EHS initiatives and best practices
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and third-party auditors to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence of incidents
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
