Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, the Client Success Specialist will coordinate with the Director of Operations to manage all client-facing communication and project updates, ensuring clients are always informed and satisfied. This individual will oversee product returns, assist with quality inspections, and participate in key meetings to keep everything on track.

The Client Success Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with the operations and production teams to communicate shipping dates, handle any delays, and provide final tracking information to customers. Managing order changes, scheduling blanket releases, and acting as a backup receptionist when needed are also key responsibilities. General administrative tasks, such as sending forms for signatures and creating standard procedures, will be part of the role.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong quality focus, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP software, and Adobe is essential. Experience in an office or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who demonstrates self-direction, self-motivation, and is ready to make a significant impact.
