RESPONSIBILITIESLead a team of 10+ Tier III Systems Admins and EngineersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS10+ Years Experience Leading an Enterprise Infrastructure TeamDemonstrated experience leading the creation of system documentation and SOPs and Root Cause AnalysisDemonstrated knowledge of Change Management procedures and adherenceDemonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Environment and experience with migrationDemonstrated experience with the use of the MECM (previously SCCM) Deployment tool for routine and urgent deploymentsDemonstrated experience with Big Fix and the Microsoft Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management;Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of employees of various ITIL Tier III labor categories and skillsDemonstrated experience in an Enterprise Service Desk Ticketing Environment, with an ITSM Tool such as Service Now or RemedyKnowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Data Center Operations and Windows Server Infrastructure SupportKnowledge of PowerShell ScriptingKnowledge of Federal Civilian network and system security requirements.Knowledge of and experience with help desk support and operations, escalations, etc.Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.Demonstrated experience with the ITIL framework (currently v4)Bachelor s Degree in a relevant FieldPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDemonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Data Center IT projects/operations in an organization similar in size to NOAA CorpSrv (~3500 End Users)
