Invenia Group has partnered with a rapidly growing immunoassay company specializing in the field of biomarker discovery. Due to growth, the company is now looking to hire a Senior Automation Field Service Engineer to join the team of experts for this split in-house and field role based in Maryland.

The company has a great reputation in the market for the quality performance of its products and is constantly seeking to advance its technology platforms.

Role responsibilities:

If successful, you will report to the international service manager supporting new cutting-edge automated plate and fluid handling equipment across the assigned region.

You will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and all other instrument services for the company's equipment.

Experience with automation related software logs and familiarity with ISO standards as well as experience with a Biotech / Research environment would be a big plus.

An experienced Scientific Field Service Engineer ideally with a strong background in Liquid Handling or Laboratory Automation. An individual with a genuine desire to deliver first-class technical support to the company's diverse and growing customer base.
