Office Manager

Summary:The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by overseeing administrative functions, managing office staff, and maintaining office systems. This role involves coordinating various activities to improve efficiency and support the overall goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:

  • Supervise daily office operations and procedures
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Oversee maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records

Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise and support administrative staff
  • Assign tasks and projects to office personnel
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Facilitate training and development for office staff

Financial Management:

  • Manage office budgets and expense reports
  • Process invoices, manage petty cash, and coordinate with the finance department
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships

Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Organize company events and activities
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related queries and issues

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles
