Tiello has partnered with a leading Heavy Civil Contractor who is looking for a Bridge Division Manager to build a new division in West Virginia that focuses on bridge construction projects valued up to $30MM in West Virginia.

Title: General Superintendent/ Bridge Division Manager (10 years of Bridge Construction)

Project Types: Bridge Construction

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion
• Must have extensive knowledge of Bridge Construction
• Oversee a team of engineers and drafters, providing guidance and support
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Review and approve engineering designs, schematics, and technical documents
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Utilize software such as Revit, ArcGIS, and other engineering tools for project execution
• Lead efforts in wastewater treatment projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
• Proven experience in project management within the engineering field
• Strong technical writing skills for reports, proposals, and documentation
• Proficiency in ArcGIS for mapping and analysis
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
