Location: Seattle, WA (98109)

• Start onsite for training, then transition to FULLY REMOTE (100%) after 30 days (or as short as two weeks, depending on experience and learning speed)

Schedule/Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Duration: This is an 800-hour contracted role with no guarantee of conversion to full-time employment (FTE).

Pay Rate: $19-$24.40/hour

Responsibilities:

• Imaging, radiology, PT referrals, and prior authorizations.
• Access assigned work queue using Epic.
• Follow up on authorizations from the previous day.
• Initiate new authorizations.
• Manage inbox of questions, including outside referral requests.
• Sort work queue daily: authorizations, referrals, tracking authorizations.
• Assist teammates if queues are cleared.
• Daily Expectations/Metrics: Process 15-30 authorizations per day, depending on complexity.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of referral experience (initiating, creating, and tracking referrals).
• 2-3+ years of experience with OneHealth Port and AIM Portal.
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology.
• Epic experience is preferred, but not required.
