Senior Graphic Designer Summary:

Sparks Group is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a rapidly growing company in Chantilly, VA. This will be a hybrid role, in-office 2-3 days per week.

Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• and follows standards and templates for proposal art consistent with corporate branding.
• interprets, raises questions about RFP requirements related to graphics.
• proposal-specific templates to comply with RFP requirements.
• with proposal team to plan, analyze, create, and revise original proposal graphic content that effectively communicates solution discriminators and win themes.
• the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.
• and maintains graphics repositories of templates, exemplars, previous proposal content, and modifies previous content to meet proposal-specific needs.
• full range of graphics techniques to enable effective proposal orals slide presentation content.
• marketing communication in developing promotional displays, marketing brochures, web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects.
• for proposal center visual guidelines and palettes.
• with documenting, maintaining, and using internal proposal processes.
• to processes related to version control, file naming, and file maintenance.
• and assemble hardcopy or softcopy sets for internal use and submittal to customers.

Senior Graphic Designer Requirements:

• years of direct experience in a proposal production environment.
• proposal experience with Shipley-based new business processes.
• in Adobe Creative Suite.
• possess a current an active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Poly.
• and appropriate execution of typography and design principles.
• with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• providing graphics, particularly related to IT and cybersecurity, for Federal Government proposals.
• of Government RFPs and the source selection process.
• facilitating proposal team activities and logistics.
• to changing requirements and dynamic schedules.
