We're seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Specialist to spearhead our expansion efforts and meet sales targets within specific districts. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, driven, and adept at devising innovative strategies to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for the assigned territory, devising and executing a strategic sales plan. Propel sales growth through proactive prospecting, client acquisition, and nurturing existing relationships. Take the lead in recruiting a skilled and motivated sales team. Provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing development to enhance the team's sales prowess and product knowledge. Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and deliver continuous coaching and feedback. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven track record in sales and leadership roles, preferably within the financial sector. Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets and driving business expansion. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver outstanding results. Prior experience in recruiting, hiring, and nurturing sales talent. This position is commission-only Self-motivated individual with a strong desire for both personal and team success. Compensation: $125,000+
