Job description

Program Analyst: Level 4: * Develops project schedules to meet project requirements and determining resource requirements. * Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions. * Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers. * Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs. * Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s). * Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans. * Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. * Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements. * Performs business development activities. * Participates in special projects as required. * May provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced analysts and may have supervisory responsibilities. May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts. * May serve as a mentor to experienced analysts. * May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager). * Recognized as a subject matter expert in a specific area. Education and Experience: * HSD/GED+12yrs * Associates+10yrs * Bachelors+8yrs * Masters+6yrs * PhD+4yrs * NOTE: Relevant professional certifications will be considered equivalent to six (6) months of relevant experience.
