Product Enablement Manager

This role is responsible for supporting the enablement of strategic growth products throughout the region. You will support efforts in marketing, sales, and product development across the various sector and functional teams. This will be a key resource in tying the product strategies to our business needs.

Sales Support

Support Contact

* Key contact for new/existing customer leads for the BD community needing product resource support.

* Identifying, scoping, and prioritizing product team engagements for pursuits

* Participate in sector BD calls and meetings to stay connected.

Education

* Communicate product offerings and connect the other sectors to product SMEs only for more in-depth conversations on offerings.

* Communicate and disseminate market intelligence and trends.

Early Lead Generation

* Support select sectors/BDs on generating new opportunities for product growth.

Product Support

Product Marketing

* Alignment between product and sector marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing teams.

* Connect market intelligence information into marketing campaigns (trends, VOC, etc.)

Content Development

* Create and maintain product material (decks, case studies, capabilities, etc.).

Reporting

Pipeline

* Maintain accurate records to track product opportunities.

* Provide monthly regional pipeline reporting on the product.

Footprint

* Maintain location site list and work with finance to ensure the proper sites are tracked for financial reporting.

Required Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree, required

* 5+ years of working in product marketing, strategy, or business development, required

* Logistics/Supply Chain industry experience, preferred

* Sound business acumen with an understanding of strategy, operations and customer targeting, preferred
