Data and Records Specialist

Job description

* Supports the freshman and transfer teams with checklisting supporting documentation.

* Update data in PeopleSoft to include transcript evaluations, education, and residency.

* Assist and monitor the tracking of the transfer transcript evaluation process.

* Update applicant records with external data.

* Support the data entry lead with incoming document processing through email and postal mail.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

* Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience

* Two (2) years of experience preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

* Ability to maintain confidential information.

* Detail oriented, highly organized with natural aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Conducts him/herself in a professional manner at all times.

* Good written and verbal communication skills. Effective in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

This is a grant-funded position.
