Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a Clin Tech 2 to join the Perianesthesia - CVOR team! This role is full-time working Day shifts Monday-Friday 5:30am to 2pm.

Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is seeking a Clin Tech 2 to join the Perianesthesia - CVOR team! This role is full-time working Day shifts Monday-Friday 5:30am to 2pm.
Requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-year of acute care experience as a Clinical Technician.
- Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire.
Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Provides direct care to patients whose care requirements are routine and standardized, with predictable outcomes, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
- Effectively communicates with health team members, patients and families; Communicates effectively and works cooperatively with others.
- Assists unit leadership with overseeing other unit Clinical Technician education records.
- Has respect for and an understanding of other clinical disciplines.
- Maintains competencies and seeks opportunities to develop professionally.
- Identifies own learning needs based on self-evaluation and the progress made from the previous year's goals.
- Assumes responsibility for self-development in lifelong learning and seeks opportunities to further increase practice knowledge.
- May perform additional duties as assigned.
