You will work with cross-functional, multi-platform application systems and teams to ensure the solutions we provide to our corporate partners are well managed with rigorous risk management practices. This is a Senior Manager of Systems Integration position that is accountable for being the champion for their corporate partner and representing their partners interests with various teams (internal and 3rd party technical teams) to ensure we are delivering quality customer service. This includes identifying growth opportunities, ensuring timely, accurate and transparent communications, providing advice and counsel to our stakeholders, ensuring well managed execution & rigorous risk management practices and driving continuous process improvements through influence and negotiations with performing teams. General ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with the technical products and services we provide by negotiating mutually beneficial agreements across Customers, stakeholders and technical teams.Quickly understanding business needs and translate these needs into technical solutionsConducting analysis, gaining support and driving solutions through influence and negotiationCommunicate across and up through your Partner''s and Capital One leadership team to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.Continuously learn & analyze complex, interconnected business processes / systems to ensure risks are well managed and controls are effective.Assist with Intent grooming to ensure acceptance criteria and conditions of satisfaction clearly define 'done'' for agile delivery teams.Focus on quality, resilience and performance of technologies and services utilized for your partner.Work closely with software engineering teams to find creative solutions to problems and to remove impediments to delivery.Coach and Educate team members (including BAs, Scrum Masters and Product Owners) on capabilities and constraints of our technology platforms and those of our partners.Capital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.Basic QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience with relationship management or management consultingAt least 5 years of systems integration experiencePreferred Qualifications3+ years of Data Networking experience2+ years of production support experience2+ years of Data Analytics experience2+ years of experience with Credit Card Processing Operations (Originations or Customer Management) 2 years of experience with Retail Payment Processing Operations (Point of Sale or Point of Commerce)2+ years of experience with Business Analysis2+ years of experience with SQL or Relational DatabasesAWS Cloud Practitioner certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
