In-house Bilingual Staff Pharmacist who functions primarily as a clinical quality auditor but may have other duties from time to time such as completing telephonic clinical consultations. Must be fluent (speak, read, and write) in Spanish. Position is for 16 hours each week, Monday through Friday, which can be accomplished with either two 8-hour days or four 4-hour days.
General Accountabilities Audit consultations submitted by other pharmacists and provided constructive, written feedback on established document. Deliver patient-care opportunities when needed. Examples include but are not limited to: o Providing MTM consultations to patients via the Aspen RxHealth app o Occasional telephonic outreach to prescribers, patients, or pharmacies Support quality monitoring and performance improvement of MTM-specific and overall, Aspen RxHealth system. Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications/Skills 5 years of pharmacy experience with a Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Strong clinical skills are required. Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be fluent (speak, read, and write) in Spanish. Residency preferred. Board Certification preferred but not required. MTM certification or 1-year MTM experience preferred but not required. Experience using Excel and Outlook, strong data entry skills, and ability to learn new systems. Competent in having multiple windows and screens open at one time and navigating through them efficiently as needed. Excellent time management skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented
