As an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead in our public sector vertical at Sierra-Cedar, you will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients and will assist in delivering Cloud Payroll projects in our national practice. You will be a key contributor as a Cloud Payroll functional subject matter expert and have experience leading the Oracle Cloud Payroll module and complex Payroll implementations.
This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only - International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.

- Solid understanding and 5 years of experience as a Cloud Payroll functional SME
- Hands-on experience through 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud implementation projects
- Experience implementing HCM solutions in Public Sector or Higher Education agencies
- Hybrid with remote work allowed - all conducted only in the U.S. and travel to client sites as needed
- Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
- Bachelor's degree required
