Novaris Search are working with a growth minded Behavioral Healthcare provider that specialise in MH & SUD. They are actively seeking VP of Clinical Services to join the company, ensure quality care based on evidence-based practice, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making informed and data-driven decisions to enhance both financial and operational performance.
• Serves as liaison to regulatory agencies and other entities in the communities where we work and throughout Pennsylvania.
• Meet established program targets through census maintenance and service delivery.
• Provide administrative oversight of all program functions, including management of support staff.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new, and acquired, team members and guide their development
• Create, implement and manage strategy to expand the referral sources for residential programming.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree
• Clinical Licensure in PA
• 10yrs experience in Behavioral Health
• Experience working in residential setting
• Good understand of regulations within the state
