OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologists to support operations at the Baltimore VA Medical Center located at 10 N Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201. Services to be provided include the full range of MRI care for inpatient and outpatient VA patients to include call shift. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesProvides MRI care covering the range of services that would be provided in a state-of-the-art civilian medical treatment facility, at a standard of care that equals or exceeds VA Standards and the TJCAdheres to the ARRT Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards in the science of radiology to improve the quality of services to VA patientsPromotes the safe and effective use of diagnostic radiology through the utilization of specific training, skills, and techniquesPerforms organ-specific and subspecialty-specific imaging including:Abdomen - GastrointestinalAbdomen GenitourinaryBreast ImagingPelvisNeuroradiology ImagingCadiovascular / ExtremityMusculoskeletalPerforms related administrative tasksQualificationsHigh School DiplomaCompletion of a CHEA- and JCERT-accredited Technologist training programARRT (MR) certification is requiredAmerican Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is requiredA minimum of two (2) years of proven clinical experience in MRI Imaging in a Level 1 hospital settingMust have proven clinical work experience within the past 12 monthsPrior work experience with the GE 1.5T, GE 3.0T, and SIEMENS MAGNETOM SKYRA within the past 24 months is preferredPrior VA experience is desirableNo sponsorship availableAll candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Powered by JazzHR
