Job Summary

Awesome Smiles Dental Center is an award-winning full-service dental office specializing in providing VIP dental services to our patients. We are seeking a gifted and talented dental hygienist to join our team of professionals. Responsibilities

-Be a reliable team member working 2, 3, or 5 days/wk (includes one-two Saturdays/mo)

-Be able to complete local anesthesia independently

-Understand and know how to manage basic periodontal health and treat disease

-Be interested in learning adjunctive treatments such as laser and other non-surgical therapies

-Welcome opportunities to grow and help their patients more through CE within the US and abroad

-Be willing to do what s needed to provide superior treatment to patients including scanning and taking CT images once trained

-Be comfortable and efficient working with or without a hygiene assistant

Qualifications

Current Virginia Dental Hygienist licensure

At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene preferred but new graduates welcomed as well

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines

Excellent communication and customer service skills
