System of Systems Requirements Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive management processes to handle complex system integration across various subsystems and components. Defining Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture and articulate detailed system and subsystem requirements. Deduplication of Requirements: Implement strategies and tools to identify and eliminate duplicate requirements, ensuring clarity and efficiency in system specifications. Review of Requirements: Conduct thorough reviews of all system requirements to ensure they are measurable, testable, and verifiable, enhancing system reliability and performance. System Integration: Lead the integration of complex system components while ensuring compliance with overall system architecture and performance standards. Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the system architecture adequately supports these requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain essential documentation including system requirements specifications and test plans. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges. Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and validation of system specifications to ensure they meet the operational and technical standards. Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek to improve system processes through feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices. Qualifications
-Minimum of twenty (20) years in system engineering, with a focus on Systems of Systems in environments of similar scope and complexity.
- Bachelor s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a closely related field. Advanced degrees are highly valued.
- Expertise in Systems of Systems requirements management.
- Proven ability to develop and refine system requirements to ensure they are measurable, testable, and verifiable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
