Salary range $55-65KJob SummaryA Wider Circle is looking for an individual to join our In-Kind Donations - Inventory Team to co-lead our largest team. The Co-Manager ensures optimal functioning of the day-to-day tasks to meet daily goals while demonstrating professionalism and adhering to the organization's procedures and protocols. The Co-Manager will also coordinate daily operations serving clients, donors, volunteers, and staff.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThe Inventory Co-Manager's primary role is to lead and provide day-to-day supervision to 8-10 team members who receive donations, transport, and redistribute furniture and other essential items to our clients.Essential functions-primary responsibilitiesProvide oversight to the In-Kind Donations - Inventory Team, including serving as the on-site lead 2-3 days each week to include setting the daily schedule and assigning tasks to team members, remaining in constant contact with the on-site team and truck teams, closing down the warehouse at the end of the day, writing the daily Facilities Update email to provide details on the status of the fleet and warehouse;Maintain clear and consistent communication each day with the direct supervisor and other co-manager on duty;Partner with the Manager on Duty (MOD) to support daily operations and accountability of the Inventory Team;Establish, maintain, and regularly report to the supervisor on key performance metrics;Monitor truck fleet including maintenance, weekly fleet inspections, registration renewal, emissions testing, etc.;Perform duties of the Accident Review Board and Driver Safety Coordinator as defined in the Driver Safety Plan;Track team member's performance weekly, including attendance, driver performance, and in-house staff productivity;Working with Co-Manager, develop a training schedule for In-Kind Donations Coordinators to ensure mastery of all tasks, train new team members, and provide driver training for all drivers;Directly supervisor 8-10 In-Kind Donations Coordinators including regular check ins and quarterly one on one meetings and manage the performance review process on a bi-annual basis;Ensure all company processes and safety protocols are followed by staff;Monitor the flow of donations into the Center and satellite warehouse to ensure the showroom is stocked fully stocked for our clients;Perform day-to-day tasks of Inventory Coordinator, including but not limited to driving or serving as co-pilot for donation pick-ups, receiving donations at the Center for Community Service, loading client's vehicles, stocking the showroom with furniture and essential items.Required Skills /AbilitiesA demonstrated ability to successfully engage, manage and provide feedback to staffExcellent customer service skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively across departmentsWork independently and in a team environmentInitiate tasks and solve problemsPassion and interest in the mission of A Wider CircleRequired education and experienceH.S. Diploma2-3 years of professional operations management experience;1-2 years of inventory management, truck fleet, and logistics experience;Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, google docs, calendar) and the ability to learn new technology systems, including fleet management.Preferred Education and experienceBachelor's DegreeDOT certified with experience driving box trucksAdditional eligibility requirements:Work
