General ortho, post-surgical, nuero/vertigo, balance/gait. 400-500 arrivals/patient encounters per month for average daily arrival of 19-23 patients per day. This is distributed across 2 PT and 2 PTA, 1 OT, and 1 SLP. Outpatient facility with 4 private treatment rooms.WV Physical Therapy License and WV Cares.Physical Therapist IP.
