What you ll do:
As a Principal Embedded Software Engineer, you will work in a standalone role, providing the technical expertise on customer and internal projects.
You will be responsible for leading embedded software activities; including requirements management, design, documentation, version control, verification & validation as well as customer interaction.
You will be a key contributor in the technical and strategic direction of the business, taking into consideration market, legislative & customer trends.
We d love you to have:
An honours degree in an appropriate science or engineering discipline. A professional qualification such as CEng with IET or similar is desirable but not essential.
Significant experience working in a similar industry. For example, automotive or electrification.
Extensive experience of working to best practice across the full software development life cycle.
