You ll work with some of the brightest minds in the software industry. Our software engineers apply the latest in emerging tech, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to build smarter, more advanced tools for our diverse client base. We work with clients across the United States, with global ambitions in the years ahead.

Who You Are:

As an Account Executive at Citian, you're on the frontline of driving our company's growth in new and existing markets across the U.S. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with multiple responsibilities conducting discovery calls, leading demos, and closing sales. You're at home leading demonstrations, confident in speaking with decision makers and developing prospects into clients. You're a quick learner and adaptable and have a strong desire to progress through the company.

Expected Duties:Investigating and discovering client needsIdentifying stakeholders and their role within the organizationFollowing up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being metPresenting tailored software demonstrations that meet the exact needs of prospectsCompiling and analyzing data to find trendsDeveloping sales strategiesStaying current on company offerings and industry trendsBuilding long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experienceTroubleshooting and handling objections, rebuttals, and negotiationsWorking with Sales Director and BDRs to effectively uncover new opportunities and streamline sales processesWillingness to travel to tradeshows and meet with clients

Required Qualifications:3+ years of Account Executive experience in a high-growth SaaS EnvironmentThe drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in SalesforceFocus on outbound prospecting activity through phone, email, and sales toolsAbility to thrive in a demanding, team-based, fast-moving environmentExperience working with small teamsDriven self-starter with high initiative and confidenceconduct product demonstrations with decision makers and C-level executivesProven track record of success with complex solution-selling and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with state and local governments is a plusDesire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
