ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property.
Daily Sales Meetings
Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners.
Focused on appointments and "Hot Follow Ups".
Leads are provided to you (Warm/Hot).
Follow up on all leads and requests for information in a timely manner.
Property analysis using self generated research including past sales, site walks, market trends and property data.
Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Identify a good or bad lead when actively seeking self-generated sales
Uncover motivation and build value
Focus on the opportunities and making offers
Lock up deals
Database management of prospects
Daily reporting of sales activities
Maintain and exceed company quotas
