Our top Am Law 100 client, a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in the New York office's Intellectual Property and Technology group. They offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Our client is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from variety of industries across the country.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of patent litigation experience. Specifically looking for background in electrical engineering, computer science and/or life sciences.

Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc.

This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York.

The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $235,000 - $365,000. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
