What You'll Do:

* Define and communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap for our proprietary AI/ML models that optimize client GTM motions

* Collaborate with engineering, data science, data engineering, and other product teams to deliver models that are efficient, scalable and explainable

* Conduct user research, competitive analysis and market research to validate hypotheses and identify customer needs and pain points

* Deliver effective solutions by defining success metrics, driving progress and communicate results to stakeholders

* Manage trade-offs, risks and dependencies across multiple projects and teams

What You'll Bring:

* 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML models, data science or related fields

* Experience in managing AI/ML based products that deal with complex data, processing and analysis

* Proven track record of success in the Sales & Marketing industry, demonstrating substantial experience and achievements in driving product growth and achieving business targets

* Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills

* Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills

* Knowledge of how B2B data helps sales and marketing teams achieve their goals
