Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department

to join their dynamic team!

About the Opportunity:

This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering a

Sign-On Bonus Potential of $20,000 . In this fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in providing critical care to patients experiencing a variety of emergencies. You will work collaboratively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing based on the severity of their condition

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor vital signs and perform comprehensive patient assessments

Educate patients and families on their conditions and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Respond quickly and efficiently in emergencies

Foster a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues

Qualifications:

Maryland Registered Nurse License

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required

Minimum 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting (highly preferred)

American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (active)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (active)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (active)

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
