Role Summary MetaPhase Consulting supports the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by providing support to the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO). MetaPhase will support implementing the second USCIS Data Strategy and general office support with communications and diverse front office activities. OCDO requires professional service staff who are knowledgeable about data and technology, and the goal is to strengthen data management practices to enhance the quality and reusability of USCIS data.What You Will Be Doing Responsible for leading overall efforts to strategically mature data quality and integrity across the agencyRecommend, develop, and present on activities and deliverables to help enhance enterprise data quality and integrity to support improved sharing, decision-making, and reporting on mission operationsHelp develop customer experience and engagement to build and support a more robust, trusting, and collaborative relationships across the enterprise that will support proactive data integrity and timely identification and resolution of data issuesBuild and test data quality business rules to allow accurate monitoring od data alignment with master dataDevelop data quality monitoring visualization dashboardsWhat We Need From You (Required) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a minimum of (10) ten or more years of project management experience, and at least (5) five years of experience with the strategic implementation of enterprise data quality and integrity program(s)Demonstrate knowledge in master data management, data quality dimensions and metrics development, business rules development and implementation, critical data element identificationDemonstrate knowledge or experience in data quality monitoring, root cause analysis, and quality by design US Citizenship RequiredWork Location Telework, limited circumstances to visit USCIS Headquarters 5900 Capital Gateway Dr, Camp Springs, MD 20746 Travel None Education Level Minimum Bachelor's degree in education, PMP or at least ten (10) years of Project Management experience Clearance Level Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS) About MetaPhase Consulting MetaPhase Consulting is different with a purpose - demonstrating a new approach to the industry that puts employees and culture first!
