About the job Global Head of Digital Marketing

You will develop and implement our digital channel acquisition and lead generation strategy for international student customers including digital content creation, social, email campaigns, and SEO, among other strategies. You'll be a hands-on contributor who can work seamlessly with in-house and agency teams, and will build and grow your own team over time. The ideal candidate is a digital native who takes pride in their ability to optimize marketing spend across multiple channels, thrives under pressure, knows how to balance creativity with data-driven strategy, and is driven in their pursuit of continued excellence and growth.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Setting our digital strategy and managing our global digital marketing team
  • Creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition campaigns that raise awareness of our product, drive traffic of qualified clients to our website, and optimize sales conversion
  • Setting, analyzing, and monitoring channel goals, and adjusting strategy accordingly to drive application volume through digital marketing efforts
  • Using data, analytics, and insights to drive efficiency and improvement in digital campaigns to deliver on the cost of acquisition and volume targets
  • Ensuring we have a strong and consistent brand message across all channels and marketing efforts, such as events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials
  • Rolling up your sleeves to personally create, design, or run marketing initiatives critical to revenue and growth

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or quantitative field, advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of work experience as a digital marketing leader, preferably in FinTech e-commerce with a tech-first, fast-growing company.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of a marketing expert (both B2B and B2C)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, including proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple audiences.
  • Prior experience in US and Canada (professionally or as college student preferred)
  • Fluency in CRM software and data analytics, tech native with robust experience in digital marketing tools.


A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple zones and sites.
