Our client is seeking a Finance or Accounting Admin Professional who will play a key role on the Retail Operations Finance team by managing the Lease Admin inbox & Energy Service inbox, assisting with mail processing and keying landlord invoices. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking capabilities and good communication skills. The candidate also is enthusiastic and self-motivated.


Education and Experience

1-2 years experience in a finance/accounting environment

Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications


Qualifications

Develop a clear understanding of lease processes and business issues

Clearly communicate points of view in a concise manner

Demonstrate absolute adherence to data integrity and internal controls

Navigate financial systems

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Enthusiastic, high energy, self-motivated


Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage the Lease Admin inbox & Energy Service inbox

Develop/maintain effective relationships with internal & external partners

Assist with mail processing

Timely key invoices and default notices into appropriate team logs

Maintains invoice audit upload templates and troubleshoots as necessary
