We are currently seeking a Chef to add to our rapidly growing team. You will guide your staff in delivering exceptional guest service, scratch cooking and food production, and overseeing any catering events. Your attention to the details of maintaining food cost and labor costs help you achieve outstanding profitability. Your hands-on leadership style allows for easy teaching and training of your staff. Columbia 20001 Qualifications and Skills: * 2 years in a contract foodservice management position or equivalent experience in quick service or full-service restaurant environment with inventory, purchasing, and scheduling knowledge * Current Serv/Safe certification * Experience within a P&L environment * Experience with exposition cooking preferred * Catering experience preferable * Menu planning experience preferable * Ability to work in a high-energy environment * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Successfully pass a criminal background check EOE/AA
