Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns who are ready to apply their academic

knowledge of information systems and business practices in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

The interns will gain hands-on experience by collaborating with our staff and clients on real-world

projects, contributing to them. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth, starting as an

internship and transitioning into a full-time role. As an intern, you ll gain invaluable experience and

practical exposure thereby contributing to our team s success. Upon successful completion of the

internship, based on performance and area of expertise, the intern will be presented with the

opportunity to continue as either a full-time Systems Analyst or a Developer.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the project team to understand business requirements and process

workflows.

Participate in quality assurance tasks, including testing and documentation.

Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technology stack.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and

implementation.

Be involved with a real-world SDLC process and contribute to its different phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree program seniors in Business, Computer Science, Information

Systems, Engineering or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of business processes and IT concepts.

A theoretical understanding of ERP and CRM business applications is desirable.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform technology stack is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Defining Success: Developer

able to achieve the following:

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business analysts, testers,

developers, solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand

requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Deliver High-Quality Features: Develop and deliver new features or enhancements within

specified timelines while maintaining quality.

Enhance Technical Skills: Continuously learn and improve proficiency in Power Platform

technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Support the process of transforming requirements into working solutions during the

conceptualization, development and implementation phases.

Develop standalone Power Apps canvas, model-driven or portal-driven apps or

components within a larger application.

Maintain existing PowerApps solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance previous

developments.

Participate and contribute to agile development processes and sprint planning and review

exercises.
