Job Summary

We are looking for a maintenance planner to support a decade long partnership with an international pharmaceutical manufacturer. In this role you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities for all facilities' mechanical systems, utilities, and process equipment.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, schedule, issue, and close corrective, preventive maintenance, and repair work orders.
  • Coordinate maintenance work, project activities, and related services with outside contractors and internal system owners.
  • Perform CMMS audits and maintain system metrics.
  • Maintain equipment records including new equipment forms and system life cycle documentation.
  • Participate in maintaining maintenance and repair Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain and support all equipment being sent to vendors for maintenance or repair.
  • Participate in planning and execution of facility improvements.
  • Review Work Order (WO) scope of work, estimate costs and technician hours, plan work activities, order parts and supplies, help to prepare Maintenance Technician work schedule.
  • Maintain a safe work environment; working in a safe manner, following all safety SOP's, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Your Background Should Include

  • Three or more years of experience performing Maintenance Planning, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Life Science markets.
  • SAP Experience is a major plus
