As an IT Support Technician, you will have the opportunity to assist end users in resolving technical issues that prevent them from doing their job effectively. In this key role, you will learn multiple facets of the IT environment, including basic networking, hardware and software support, user management, and different customer service tactics that will grow and challenge you in the IT career field. - Conduct investigations and resolve orphan records found while running queries against software applications
