The Project Manager will effectively manage assigned global & Strategic accounts mainly in the Mobility sector. This includes assistance with the day-to-day management of clients, regional budget, and KPI targets. The PM will assist the Director of Global Accounts by closely monitoring the performance reports of global/strategic accounts. Effective management of global/strategic accounts depending on complexity. Compliance with the Service Level Agreement and monitor KPIs of assigned accounts.

This position is home-based in the continental US, but you will be expected to travel 80-90% for critical client meetings and interactions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage assigned client portfolios, including SLA requirements, and ensure compliance.
  • Work with Commercial account leaders in preparation and maintenance of account plan
  • Provide regular reports to the Director on global accounts activities and recurring issues.
  • Manage client concerns and provide resolutions.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Deliver as a target of 170 audit days (combination of billable, program management, and non-billable) per year, with days assigned, floating, filling in at short notice, mentoring/training with new and existing staff, etc. (Based on the loading of projects, PM and non-billable above days will vary).
  • Assisting with orientation and training new staff.
  • Mentoring staff as assigned, performing qualifying reviews and providing training on assessors who deliver audits to the selected accounts.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.
Education & Qualifications:
  • B.A. / B.S. degree in Business, Communications, or other relevant field.
  • IATF Lead Assessor (3rd Party) qualifications.
  • 3 + years of experience as BSI Client Manager.
  • Experience in managing IATF-certified multi-site clients.
  • Experience supporting global/international, complex enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Knowledge of management systems standards and Country trends and demands.
  • Knowledge of the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry is strongly preferred. Alternatively, knowledge of Professional Services business is required.
  • Knowledge of Key Account Management and best practices.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • International experience is a desired asset.
  • Travel up to 80-90% of the time (must not have restrictions to travel within Americas region and the UK).
  • Fluency in English is required. Understanding of Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese is a key differentiator.

The salary for this position can range from $95,000 - 130,000.00 USD annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
