Unit Manager (LPN Licensed Practical Nurse)

As a Unit Manager (LPN Licensed Practical Nurse), you will:
Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds
Evaluate staff performance and oversight of direct care performance
Assure compliance with principles of infection control and universal precautions
Qualifications for a Unit Manager (RN-Registered Nurse):
Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
Current CPR Certification
Previous managerial experience (preferred)
Demonstrates excellent clinical, customer service, and leadership skills Because the safety and well-being of our patients and caregivers is so important, proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required.
