Hiring Opportunity: Gahanna, Ohio

Our client is looking to add an Assembly Technician to their Force Plate Department. In this role, you will be assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, gluing subassemblies, and mechanical assembly of force measurement products.

Job Requirements

Job Functions:

-Gluing of sub-assemblies using 2-part epoxy
-General mechanical assembly utilizing hand, powered, or pneumatic tools
-Integrating PCBs and other electronic components into our client's products
-Solder wiring to PCB boards
-Assembly of wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies
-Calibration and testing of product
-Physical handling of components, including lifting up to 70 lbs. / 140 lbs. team-lift

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma
-Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word, Excel)
-Ability to read Blueprint/Wiring Schematics
-Maintain records of product calibration and testing
-Prior electronics assembly experience a plus
-Prior soldering experience a plus (will train)
-Prior mechanical assembly a plus
