AP Specialist

Location: Washington, DC (Northeast)

Candidates MUST be able to commit to the schedule to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• AP Specialist will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable (approximately 250 invoices/week)
• AP Specialist will scan invoices, code invoices, send invoices out for approval, then prepare the payment
• AP Specialist will make payments via check (not ACH) on a weekly basis
• AP Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years previous AP experience required for AP Specialist role
• AP Specialist should have previous MS Office Suite experience including basic Excel skills
• Vista Viewpoint experience is a plus but NOT required
• Degree is a plus but NOT required. Candidates with relevant work experience will be considered.
