BOOST LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Consultant to join our elite team of contracts specialists dedicated to supporting Government Contractor (GovCon) clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize extensive government contractual expertise to oversee implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to cross-functional business team members and clients, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Expertly review complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services.
  • Skillfully negotiate proposals, contract modifications, and agreements within delegated authority limits.
  • Offer contractual support and mentorship to junior contracts team members and business team members.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely.
  • Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.
  • Act as a senior advisor regarding customer contract requirements and government/federal regulations.
  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives and provide strategic guidance for enhancing contract and subcontract management systems, including the implementation of cutting-edge technology tools.
  • Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract/program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.
  • Offer mentorship and training to less experienced professionals.
  • Support or undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience in full federal government contract life cycle management.
  • GSA schedule experience is essential.
  • Contract life cycle management tool roll-out experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional use of independent judgment and creativity in resolving contract and process improvement issues.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, both internally and externally.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and adaptable.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Close vision required.
  • Verbal communication and manual dexterity are necessary for keyboard operation.
