JOB SUMMARY
Marriott International is seeking a Data Scientist to specialize in delivering novel functions and applications in HR, with a focus on compensation. In this role, you will develop and implement technical solutions within our Talent Science team, building tools and quantitative models to address external market competitiveness, internal equity, legal compliance, complex data munging, and information extraction. You will support the development and maintenance of predictive models, leveraging advanced analytics techniques to enhance critical programs across Marriotts HR Solutions.
