Job Summary
The Supply Chain Systems Lead is an individual contributor responsible for developing, communicating and executing value-generating strategies for Supply Chain-related systems.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Established as point of contact for all inquiries about Supply Chain systems (e.g. Ariba, Zycus, Conexus, analytics engines)
Leads process to implement system upgrades that drive organizational efficiency
Troubleshoots (both independently and with systems providers, as needed) problems to correct ongoing issues
Establishes, maintains and regularly updates catalogues
Performs continuous improvement updates to RFP templates, questions and processes
Develops and implements Supply Chain analysis and visibility systems including:
Sourcing and Procurement systems
Spend Visibility / Analysis tools
Dashboards, Spend Cubes, Data Warehousing, Templates, Reporting, Pivoting, Excel integration
Templates, Automation, Team Management, Overall Project Management, Knowledge Management, Process Management
Approval Flow, User Profiling, Task Management
Required Qualifications for Position
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, IT or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain Systems, including Ariba, ideally in modules across the entire Source to Pay process, Zycus, Conexus (or similar tools)
Extensive functional, technical, and systems expertise and knowledge of industry best practices
Experience successfully troubleshooting systems issues, both independently and in partnership with providers, to resolve issues
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions
Ability to identify business challenges and propose creative solutions
Strong financial and business acumen, as it relates to Procurement
Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a productive, collaborative team environment
Excellent communication, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Salary Range: $91,000.00 - $136,600.00
