We are looking for a graphic designer for a top fashion company in Columbus, Ohio for a hybrid role. This is a graphic design/production support role for testing and creative floor set design. They are responsible for deck compiling, building prepros that specify marketing needed per job, preparing files for art release and support in designing marketing concepts for upcoming presentations/projects alongside creative, visual merchandising and copy leads. This position is hybrid and based out of the Columbus office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide design support to testing and floor set design team daily, reporting into Associate Art Director.
• Responsible for preparing digital marketing decks for presentations
• Responsible for creating PrePro decks that inform marketing needs and details per project
• Responsible for working with the design leads on organizing and cleaning up design files in preparation for art release to vendor
• Iterate and reformat marketing files to unique sizes
• Assist in printing, trimming and setting on-site mock store for leadership walk-throughs/presentations.
• Assist in routing marketing files for approval and release
• Collaborate as needed with other creatives, copy, traffic and procurement teams to execute each project

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant design and production experience
• Proficiency in applications including Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop, as well as PPT.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design, creative design, production and print services.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, efficient and agile in a deadline-driven and fast paced environment while balancing multiple projects
• Ability to use production tools (such as xacto blades, plotters, etc)
• Excellent management of timing and deliverables
• Proactive and able to show initiative
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various internal teams
• FileMaker experience is a plus
